The Role:
Due to continued growth within the commercial division, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Commerical Property Manager. You will oversee a portfolio of approximately 80 commercial and industrial properties, working closely with clients to optimise asset performance and maximise long-term returns. The role also offers scope to contribute to broader team initiatives and business direction.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of four, with access to the wider support network of the business when required.
About You:
You are an experienced Property Manager with a proven ability to manage commercial assets and build strong, lasting client relationships. You are highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Your approach is professional, solutions-driven, and team-oriented.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid financial and analytical capability
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience managing commercial portfolios (industrial, retail, or mixed-use)
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
- Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- High attention to detail with a commercial mindset
- Exposure to business development is advantageous
