We’re partnering with a high-performing real estate investment group to appoint a Fund Analyst into their growing Funds Management team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact analytical role, working directly with senior leadership across a diversified portfolio of unlisted real estate funds.
The Opportunity
- Work at the centre of a well-established real estate investment platform
- Support fund strategy, capital allocation, and treasury decisions
- Exposure across industrial, commercial, and retail assets
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Funds, Asset Management & Transactions
- Play a key role in driving performance insights and investment decisions
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain institutional-grade financial models (cash flow, IRR, equity multiples)
- Deliver fund performance analysis and quarterly reporting
- Provide portfolio insights across assets, sectors, and geographies
- Conduct scenario & sensitivity analysis (rental growth, cap rates, debt costs)
- Support treasury, debt tracking, and capital structure analysis
- Assist with investment committee papers, board reporting & investor materials
- Contribute to acquisition, disposal, and capital recycling decisions
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience in real estate investment analysis, funds, or transactions
- Strong financial modelling capability (advanced Excel essential)
- Solid understanding of valuation, capital structures, and investment metrics
- Exposure to Australian commercial real estate markets
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
