The Role
You will lead the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong compliance and operational standards. You’ll be supported by experienced leadership, efficient systems, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio
- Overseeing routine inspections, entries/exits, and maintenance coordination
- Arrears management and lease renewals
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and office procedures
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
About You
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
