Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own residential property portfolio with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and arrears management
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

About You:
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in Residential Property Management
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
