We’re partnering with a well-established Brisbane-based body corporate management firm to appoint a Strata Manager into their growing team.

The Opportunity

• Manage a well-structured portfolio of residential schemes across Brisbane / SEQ
• Work within a supportive team environment with strong administrative backing
• Join a business focused on long-term client relationships and service delivery
• Exposure to a range of schemes from small to large, complex bodies corporate
• Strong emphasis on communication, responsiveness, and client experience

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a body corporate portfolio
• Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings
• Provide guidance on Body Corporate & Community Management Act compliance
• Manage budgets, levies, insurance, and financial reporting
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance, and works (via committee direction)
• Build strong relationships with committees, owners, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of client matters

About You

• Experience as a Strata / Body Corporate Manager (or stepping up from Assistant)
• Strong understanding of QLD strata legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional, solutions-focused, and client-centric approach
• Keen to be part of a collaborative, supportive team culture
