Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of a residential and mixed-use strata portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors
- Coordinate meetings including AGMs and EGMs, and complete associated documentation
- Prepare budgets, agendas, minutes, and compliance reports
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage ongoing maintenance
- Ensure adherence to By-Laws and regulatory compliance under NSW legislation
- Work closely with a dedicated internal team to deliver excellent service
About You:
- Experience in strata management is highly desirable
- Strata License or Certificate of Registration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in conducting meetings and resolving stakeholder issues
- Organised, proactive, and client-focused
- A genuine team player with a professional approach
