They are now seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their expanding team. This full-time position offers a stable career path within a highly respected firm that prioritises work-life balance, employee support, and long-term development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of a residential and mixed-use strata portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors
  • Coordinate meetings including AGMs and EGMs, and complete associated documentation
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, minutes, and compliance reports
  • Conduct regular site inspections and manage ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to By-Laws and regulatory compliance under NSW legislation
  • Work closely with a dedicated internal team to deliver excellent service

About You:

  • Experience in strata management is highly desirable
  • Strata License or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in conducting meetings and resolving stakeholder issues
  • Organised, proactive, and client-focused
  • A genuine team player with a professional approach
