ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the property management team with a range of tasks, including administrative duties, marketing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Process property listings, organize and coordinate marketing materials, and ensure properties are advertised effectively.
- Handle document management, ensuring proper filing and storage of property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Oversee day-to-day diary management, ensuring the team’s schedule is well-organized
- Provide ongoing support to the property management team
- Perform other tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the property management department.
EXPERIENCE:
- A strong interest in Real Estate is a must – with experience needed
- Must have a real estate license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
