ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the property management team with a range of tasks, including administrative duties, marketing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
  • Process property listings, organize and coordinate marketing materials, and ensure properties are advertised effectively.
  • Handle document management, ensuring proper filing and storage of property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Oversee day-to-day diary management, ensuring the team’s schedule is well-organized
  • Provide ongoing support to the property management team
  • Perform other tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the property management department.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A strong interest in Real Estate is a must – with experience needed
  • Must have a real estate license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
